Purpose: The Sales Representative position requires an energetic and motivated individual to obtain outside local sales goals. The rep will establish new accounts while promoting the Sarah’s Coffee House brand to the specialty coffee industry.
Research and develop local accounts, including cold-calling
Follow established leads
Presentation and communication of the Sarah’s Coffee house brand
In-depth knowledge of the coffee industry, coffee history, and the roasting process (training provided)
Involvement in local trade shows and networking
Education: 4-year degree
Sales experience preferred
Communicate effectively at all levels, both inside and outside the company
Possess the ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a constantly changing environment
Task- and detail-oriented
Self-motivated and able to work flexible hours
Clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid Connecticut driver’s license
